Successful completion of this course, provides trainees with the knowledge and skills to be able to provide (CPR) cardiopulmonary resuscitation to adults and infants who are unconscious, not breathing or not breathing normally. The course covers rescue breathing, chest compressions and the use of an (AED) Automatic External Defibrillator. This course will give trainees the knowledge of the causes, symptoms, effects of injuries and the treatment needed to be performed.
Entry Requirements:
Practical training of CPR requires that trainees perform CPR on an adult manikin placed on the floor and an infant manikin.
Trainees with special needs either physical difficulties or literacy difficulties, should contact our office, so that assistance can be arranged for you, so we can ensure that your needs are met.
